Creamed Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 ears fresh corn
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. light cream
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cut corn off cobs into medium bowl.
    Combine corn, butter, cream, sugar and pepper in a skillet.
    Cover. Let simmer for 6 to 10 minutes; stir occasionally.
    Serves 4.
