Simmering Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops
    8 large potatoes
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    3 c. water
    5 chopped carrots
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Grease Dutch oven.
    Flour pork chops lightly.
    Brown both sides on stove, then add all ingredients except potatoes and carrots.
    Cook pork chops in oven for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
    Add a little more water and salt and pepper.
    Add potatoes and carrots. Cook 1 more hour.
    Serve piping hot.
