Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (1/2-inch thick) pork chops
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. raw uncooked rice
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can golden mushroom soup
    2 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown pork chops in oil.
    While chops are browning, heat soup, water and rice in microwave.
    Mix well.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Place pork chops in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Pour rice mixture over the top of chops.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until chops are tender.
