Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple
1 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
10 Tbsp. juice from pineapple
1 c. shredded cheese
Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
Preparation

Pour drained pineapple in 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
(Save 10 tablespoons juice).
Mix sugar, flour and juice.
Pour over pineapple.
Put 1 cup shredded cheese on top.
Heat in 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly.
Top with Ritz and butter.
Return to oven to brown topping.
