Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef stew meat (cubes)
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 c. beef broth
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 carrots, sliced
7 potatoes, diced
2 onions, chopped
1 stalk celery
Preparation

Place meat in crock-pot.
Mix flour, salt and pepper; pour over meat.
Stir to coat meat with flour.
Add remaining ingredients and stir.
Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours or high 4 to 5 hours.
Stir thoroughly before serving.
