Chocolate Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. dark Karo syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. pecan halves
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly; add sugar, melted butter, vanilla, syrup, salt and cocoa.
    Mix well.
    Arrange pecans in pie crust.
    Pour filling over pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then lower oven temperature to 300\u00b0 and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
