Stuffed Peppers With Rice And Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 green peppers
    1 small box rice
    1 lb. bacon
    2 small onions
    3 stalks celery
    1/2 lb. mild yellow cheese
    3 sprigs parsley
    1 can mushrooms
    3 tsp. curry powder (less or more, if desired)
Preparation
    Cut tops from peppers and clean insides.
    Cut bacon in small pieces and fry until crisp.
    Cook rice with curry powder; drain and cool.
    Mix rice, bacon and drippings, onion, celery, cheese, parsley and mushrooms together.
    Stuff peppers with mixture and bake with 1 can of tomatoes to cover at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until done.
