Apple Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. apples, shredded
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of cinnamon
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    In mixer, beat egg, cinnamon, vanilla and melted butter.
    Stir apples with sugar.
    Add to mixture and beat well.
    Pour in pie shell.
    Bake about 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Very delicious and freezes well.
