Macaroni And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. macaroni
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook the macaroni and drain.
    In a saucepan, melt the butter and remove from heat.
    Stir in the flour, salt and pepper until smooth.
    Gradually stir in the milk.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, then reduce heat.
    Simmer about 1 minute and remove from heat.
