Yummy Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower, separated
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 large firm tomatoes
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook cauliflowerets in 1-inch of boiling salted water for 5 minutes; drain.
    Saute, in margarine, celery, green pepper and onion.
    Blend in salt, pepper and flour.
    Add milk and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Add cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    Remove from heat.
