Chicken Breasts With New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    4 to 6 split chicken breasts
    1 sliced onion
    1 minced garlic clove
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 c. hot water
    1 can small potatoes
    dry parsley flakes
Preparation
    Saute chicken breasts in butter on both sides until brown. Add onion and garlic; cook 5 minutes.
    In small bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Slowly stir bouillon into hot water. Pour over chicken; cook, covered, for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Add potatoes and heat.
    Garnish with parsley.
