Pecan Chewies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    3 c. pecans
    1 lb. light brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold in chopped nuts and all other ingredients, mixing well.
    Drop scant teaspoon of mixture onto well-greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
