Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix altogether.
    Roll out to 1/4 in. thick.
    Put in a 13 x 9 x 2 in. pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0F for 15 min. or until desired doneness.
    Fill with desired filling.
