Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients.
    Add dry ingredients and mix well.
    Shape into patties and brown in frying pan with small amount of oil; drain off excess fat.
    Add 1 can of mushroom soup and 1 can of water; pour over meat patties.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
