Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. corn
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. milk
flour
1/2 c. bacon, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Combine all ingredients with enough flour to make a thick batter.
Drop by spoonfuls into deep hot fat.
Fry to a golden brown on both sides.
Drain on paper towels.
