El Dorado Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. onion
    1 small can sliced black olives
    1 c. sour cream
    1 small can Ortega chopped green chilies
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips
    2 c. grated Jack cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Brown, then drain the ground beef.
    Add onion, garlic, salt, tomato sauce and olives.
    Simmer for 10 minutes.
    In separate bowl, blend cottage cheese, sour cream and chilies.
    Crush chips.
    Place 1/2 chips in buttered casserole.
    Add 1/2 meat mixture.
    Top with cheese.
    Layer until all is gone, but be sure each layer is topped with cheese.
    Layer the cottage cheese mixture in, too.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
