Mike'S Hard Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. cinnamon oil
1 c. white syrup
1 tsp. red food coloring

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except oil in pan and heat to 300\u00b0 (hard crack stage).
Add oil and stir.
Pour into greased pan; cut and cool.
