Turtles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Kraft caramels
2 scant Tbsp. water
pecan halves
1 pkg. chocolate bits
1/3 block paraffin
Preparation

Put caramels and water in top of double boiler and cook until melted.
While this is melting, spray a cookie sheet with Pam and arrange pecan halves in clusters on cookie sheet (2 halves if large and if not, 3).
When caramels are melted, drop by teaspoons on pecan clusters, making sure all are covered.
