Italian Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. inexpensive sausage
2 cans tomatoes
6 cloves garlic
fennel seed
2 medium to large onions
crushed peppers
olive oil
Preparation

Crush fennel seed until you have 1 tablespoon of powder.
Add 1/2 teaspoon crushed peppers and 4 cloves of garlic, crushed. Thoroughly mix these ingredients with sausage.
Form sausage into balls or chunks to cook in skillet.
Drain grease off sausage.
