Crawfish Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup French dressing
    1/4 cup chili sauce
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped dill pickles
    1 cup chopped celery
    1/2 cup chopped shallots
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    3 hard-boiled chopped eggs
    1 lb. boiled crawfish tails
    lettuce
Preparation
    Combine mayonnaise, dressing, chili sauce, salt, celery, pickles, shallots and horseradish.
    Add eggs and crawfish; mix well.
    Chill several hours.
    Serve on lettuce.
    Makes 8 servings.
