Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can cream-style corn
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1/4 c. chopped pimentos
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. light cream
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine corn and eggs.
    Stir in milk, cream and oleo. Add pepper, onion and seasonings. Pour in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Set in pan of hot water. Bake, uncovered, at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.
    Serves 8.
