Diabetic Banana Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 graham cracker crust
    1 envelope sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 large or 3 medium-firm ripe bananas
Preparation
    Mix pudding according to directions.
    Slice 1 1/2 bananas into the bottom of pie crust.
    Pour pudding over the top.
    Slice remaining bananas and arrange in circles over the top.
    Chill for 2 to 3 hours.
