Lemon Crumb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. fine bread crumbs
2 eggs, separated
1 c. cold water
juice and rind of 1 lemon
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cover the bread with water, leave for 20 minutes.
Add egg yolks, slightly beaten, juice and rind of lemon, butter, salt and sugar.
Mix thoroughly.
