Escalloped Oysters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. crushed saltine crackers
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon (granulated)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 qt. shucked oysters with liquor
    1/4 c. butter
    1 to 2 c. milk
    parsley and paprika (for garnish)
Preparation
    Mix saltines with chicken bouillon, salt and pepper.
    In a greased shallow 2-quart casserole, alternately layer cracker mixture and oysters with liquor, making the last layer cracker mix.
    Melt butter and add with enough milk to barely cover casserole.
    Sprinkle parsley and paprika over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until browned, 45 to 60 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
