Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    buttered bread crumbs
    1/3 c. butter
    1/3 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook carrots in small amount of water until done.
    Saute onion and pepper until done in small amount of oil.
    Mash carrots and stir in onion and pepper.
    Make thick cream sauce with butter, flour, pepper and milk.
    Mix all together and bake at 350\u00b0 until bread crumbs are nicely browned.
