Layered Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices butter bread
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    5 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. half and half
Preparation
    Layer first 3 ingredients in a lightly buttered 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
    Mix all other ingredients together and pour over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, covered.
    Then bake an additional 10 minutes, uncovered.
