Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium potato, grated
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 egg
    salt and pepper
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Combine all but the soup and shape into balls.
    Place in casserole.
    Mix the soup with 1 can water and pour over meat. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Remove lid for the last 15 minutes.
