Homemade Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    leftover roast and gravy
    2 cans mixed vegetables
    1 large can tomato juice
    1 small chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    dash of Italian spices
Preparation
    Cut leftover roast into bite sizes.
    Place on top of stove in a large pan.
    Add leftover gravy and other ingredients.
    Bring to a boil, then turn burner to simmer and continue cooking for about 1 hour.
    Serve hot!
