Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fish
    2 Tbsp. shoyu
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. oyster sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt
    pepper
    ginger
Preparation
    Place fish in foil. Top fish with all the remaining ingredients.
    Seal foil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Unseal foil and serve.
