Lo-Cal Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 stalks celery
    4 carrots
    1/2 head cabbage
    1 large onion
    1 large can tomato juice
    2 c. water
    6 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Chop or dice vegetables.
    Combine all ingredients in a large kettle and simmer about 1 hour.
    Only 30 calories per cup.
