Oven Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 c. popped popcorn
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. oleo
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Heat oven to 200\u00b0.
    Divide popcorn between 2 ungreased 13 x 9-inch pans.
    Heat sugar, corn syrup, oleo and salt to simmering over medium-high heat.
    Stir constantly, then cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in soda.
    Pour over popcorn; coat it well.
    Bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
