Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole fryer chicken breasts, halved and boned
    1 can sauerkraut, drained
    1 1/4 c. bottled Thousand Island dressing
    salt, pepper and red pepper
    4 large slices Swiss cheese, divided to fit chicken
Preparation
    In greased pan, place chicken pieces and sprinkle with salt, pepper and red pepper.
    Place sauerkraut over chicken.
    Top with Swiss cheese.
    Pour dressing evenly over cheese.
    Cover tightly with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
