Creole Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. crushed thyme
1 egg
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce, divided use
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl, mix ground beef, rice, onion, bell pepper, salt, thyme and egg.
Add 1/2 can tomato sauce.
Blend and shape into loaf.
Place into shallow pan.
Bake 1 hour; pour off fat.
