Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 1/2 lb.) whole chicken or chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3 c. broth
    1 pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. celery seed or 1/2 c. diced celery
Preparation
    Stew chicken until; skin, bone and cut into small pieces. Place in greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle celery seed and onion over top.
    Combine soup with 1/2 cup broth; spread over chicken. Combine stuffing mix with remaining broth; spread over chicken. Cover with foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove foil and bake 30 minutes more.
