Ham And Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice ham, cubed
    1 small yellow onion
    1 bunch spring onions
    about 4 large potatoes
    6 medium mushrooms (optional)
    1 can chicken broth
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    pinch of thyme
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Chop onions.
    Cube potatoes.
    Slice mushrooms.
    Put all ingredients in deep pot.
    Add enough water to cover.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour, covered.
