Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/3 c. milk
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    oil (for frying)
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, milk and eggs in bowl. Beat until smooth.
    Heat 1/2 inch oil to 375\u00b0 in electric skillet.
    Pour 1/4 batter into funnel.
    Drizzle in hot oil.
    Turn.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Sprinkle with sugar.
