Potatoes With Olives And Anchovies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. baking potatoes, peeled
    3 oz. black olives, pitted
    6 anchovy fillets in oil
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
    1 Tbsp. drained capers
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut the potatoes into wedges.
    Heat the oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat.
    Add the potatoes; sprinkle with the olives, capers and anchovies.
    Season with salt and pepper.
