V-8 Juice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 lb. ripe tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. salt
    4 tsp. celery salt
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Wash and clean tomatoes.
    Cook tomatoes and run through colander,
    to
    7 quarts of juice.
    Add
    seasonings
    to
    juice. Heat juice and pour into hot, clean jars.
    Process
    in boiling water bath 10 minutes.
    Yields 7 quarts.
