Walt Weldon'S Rice And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    1 1/4 tsp. or to taste salt
    1 small onion, sliced thin
    1 1/2 tsp. thyme
    10 oz. baby lima beans
    4 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 c. fresh dill
Preparation
    Pour 5 cups water over rice and let sit for 25 minutes; drain. Cook limas with 1/4 teaspoon salt in small amount of water just until tender.
