Picadillo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 large onion, diced
    5 large garlic cloves, minced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt to taste
    2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 bell pepper, diced
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/2 c. salad olives
    1 c. tomato puree
    3 Tbsp. Cuban dry cooking wine
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, set aside after draining.
    Saute onion, garlic and bell pepper in olive oil until onions are transparent. Add beef (or turkey) to saute.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
    Cover and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Serve over rice with black beans.
