Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch deep pie shells
4 eggs
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 onion, chopped
Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
Filling: mushrooms, bacon, broccoli, spinach, ham (whatever you like)
Preparation

Cook pie shells according to package directions.
Mix eggs, heavy cream, salt and pepper; set aside.
Brown onion, drain and put in pie shells.
Add filling.
Shake Parmesan cheese over filling.
Add egg mixture.
Add Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake 20 minutes more.
