Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. peeled, grated apples
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. corn oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together; this includes apples. Add eggs, oil and vanilla and blend well. Pour batter into greased and floured Bundt pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cool and frost.
