Barbecued Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lean pork chops
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Lightly brown pork chops.
    Combine all ingredients and pour over pork chops.
    A slice of onion may be placed on top of each chop.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Turn chops (and onion) once during baking.
    Bake, uncovered, and turn around occasionally.
