Sausage And Egg Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, browned
    6 eggs
    6 slices of bread, torn apart
    2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    2 c. shredded cheese
    1 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Brown sausage, drain fat.
    In a bowl mix together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and mustard.
    In a large greased baking pan, spread bread on bottom of pan.
    Layer sausage, then cheese.
    Pour egg mixture over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes in casserole dish or pie shell.
