Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Velveeta chunk cheese
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion
    1 small can jalapeno relish
Preparation
    Melt cheese in crock-pot on high.
    Cook ground beef and onion together; drain grease.
    Mix with melted cheese.
    Pour in jalapeno relish and mix well.
    Reduce crock-pot to low heat.
    If sauce seems to get too thick, add water.
