Low-Fat Hollandaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. Egg Beaters (original)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of ground red pepper
    1/2 c. margarine, melted and hot
Preparation
    In electric blender, combine Egg Beaters, lemon juice and red pepper.
    Blend on medium speed.
    With motor running, remove lid and slowly add hot margarine in fine steady stream.
