Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    1/2 c. hot red pepper
    1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo
    food coloring (green or red)
Preparation
    Remove seeds from peppers (wear rubber gloves to prepare hot peppers) and blend separately in blender, adding small amount of vinegar.
    Mix together sugar and vinegar and add peppers.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cool for 5 minutes.
    Add Certo and food coloring. Pour into jars and seal.
