Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat butter with soup until mixed well.
    Blend in sour cream, onion and cheese.
    Thaw frozen potatoes, then stir in soup mixture.
    Place in 2 1/2-quart buttered casserole dish.
    Mix crushed Ritz crackers with 2 tablespoons of butter and spread on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
