Lemon Chess Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, divided
    1 c. butter, softened
    1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine 2 cups flour, butter and sugar; mixing well.
    Pat even into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, pressing mixture 1/4-inch up sides of pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
