Japanese Ginger Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and coarsely chopped
    1/2 small onion
    1/4 c. rice or cider vinegar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Chop ginger and onion until fine in a food processor.
    Add other ingredients and process until blended.
